The Company “MARKOS MEAT PRODUCTS” is a family business in Trikala, which started its activity in 1990, initially with the distribution of food service products, cooperating with the best companies in the industry and from 1995 until today it is engaged in the production of meat products, always focusing on top quality.

The Company “MARKOS MEAT PRODUCTS” is a family business that initially started its activity in 1990 with privately-owned refrigerators distributing food service products throughout Thessaly.

In 1995, we created a small unit for the production of meat products with the sole purpose of producing the country sausage of Trikala with leek.

In 2006, the company moved to larger facilities and at the same time began the effort to create a wide range of high-quality products from pork and chicken through a process of completely controlled production.

In 2017, following the ever-increasing needs of the market, the company proceeded to expand and modernize its facilities.

Today, in the state-of-the-art facilities of “MARKOS MEAT PRODUCTS” 10 tons of meat are processed every week for all of Greece, applying all the safety systems (ISO22000:2005 HACCP) as well as the same strict criteria of a totally controlled production that we have set from the very first moment of our involvement in meat processing, in order to be able to offer the consumer a product of very high quality and at the same time unique stability.

Security Systems & Controlled Production

Our company is certified to implement all food safety management systems.

Our qualified staff, through regular attendance of seminars, is responsible for the cutting/processing of meat.

Your products are packaged, stored, and transported to you always in excellent condition and at the appropriate temperatures.

Regular microbiological and chemical analyses by accredited external laboratories.
